  1. Best thing about living in NYC?

The best thing about living in NYC is the people watching! New York City is home of so many different cultures and one of my favorite things to do is to observe how different people operate. It’s fascinating and you learn so much about humanity. I like giving people imaginative backstories, which makes it even more fun.

  1. Favorite NYC restaurant?

My favorite NYC restaurant is Sea in Williamsburg. The first time I ate there was years ago, and it’s been my favorite ever since! I love Thai food and the atmosphere is incredibly soothing. It’s a great dining experience.

  1. Favorite neighborhood?

My favorite neighborhood is Dumbo in Brooklyn. When I was a kid, I would take the subway there at nighttime and gaze at the Manhattan skyline for hours. It doesn’t get any better than that.

  1. The best part of my job is…

Being able to pursue my passion! I’ve always wanted to act and the fact that my job is something that I would do for free is a blessing in itself. I’m so happy to be doing what I do.

  1. A visit to New York isn’t complete until…

You’ve had a dollar slice of pizza and a good bagel. That’s NYC living 101. The dough everywhere else is subpar, I can’t stand it.

  1. Subways or cabs?

Subway! There is way too much traffic in the city to have patience for cabs. Subways get delayed, but they are super convenient. You also don’t stumble upon street performances while you’re in a cab, that’s one of my favorite things about New York City. Walking down the subway steps and hearing someone play the drums on plastic containers is what makes me feel like I’m home.

  1. Best advice you’ve ever received?

Let it go! Whatever the situation may be, that bit of advice always applies. Let go of all the negativity and worry and be unapologetically yourself.

  1. Must-have beauty item?

My must-have beauty item is the Clarisonic Mia brush! It makes exfoliating so easy and gentle, I can’t stress how important it is to exfoliate your skin at least once a week. If you don’t exfoliate, all of those expensive creams you’re putting on your face go to waste because your skin isn’t prepared to fully absorb any of it.

  1. What’s your definition of beauty

If the words you say were written on your skin, would you still look in the mirror and see beauty? That’s my beauty philosophy. Be kind and have a beautiful heart, the rest speaks for itself.
