From casual to formal, many of Hollywood’s leading men feel more comfortable in something with just a touch of style. Grooming has also been going in the more scruffy direction as it has become perfectly acceptable – even en vogue – to sport a beard. This isn’t the case for all men, though, as actor Jon Voight shared with me how he had to keep a beard for his role in “Ray Donovan” and couldn’t wait to shave it off! And when it comes to footwear, actors Tom Jane and Jack Huston shared how they both love a good pair of boots, preferably those with a more casual flair.

It’s no style secret that it’s become more acceptable to see men caring about their hair, skin, and their wardrobe. Many would think that today’s “it” men all like to be dressed up 24-7, but from talking to many Hollywood gents, they seem to prefer the more laid back look. Except for Nick Jonas and Colton Haynes, of course, who shared with me they liked to get “done up” and were in touch with their sense of style and grooming.

As I get close to 300 requests a week on my YouTube channel to recreate celebrity hairstyles, It’s great to see that the men of Hollywood can feel comfortable being casual and yet still have a good sense of style.
