- Understand that grief is a part of healing. It’s ok to have a bad day.
- Do something for others. Helping others can reverse the feelings of sadness you may feel.
- Honor your memories. Find a special way to memorialize the person you’ve lost.
If you’re struggling, don’t be afraid to ask for help. Reminding loved ones that you’re having a rough time may be enough, but you also may want to reach out for more support.
