After a couple months of work, life, stress, and your usual routine. It is always important to have that one “mental” day off.

I use the term “well” in the title, because it’s extremely important to take a day off for yourself to rest, relax and not worry about other things going on in your life. Yes, most of us have weekends off, but when you think about it, you’re probably running most of your errands or spending time with your family and friends.

Weekends are amazing, but you’re probably not getting the rest and relaxation you need to take on the week ahead.

Here are some things you can do on a “well” needed day off.

  1. Take a walk/go for a run (of course if weather is nice).
  2. Sleep in late.
  3. Sit in the sun.
  4. Cook or BBQ.
  5. Read a book.
  6. Go Shopping.
  7. Go to the beach.
  8. Watch a movie.
  9. Take a drive somewhere relaxing.
  10. Listen to music.


So, go ahead and take a day off for yourself, make absolutely no plans and reboot 🙂
